Terms and Conditions

The reservation is valid after receiving the full payment. Until receipt, we reserve the right to rent the house / room otherwise.

In case of cancellation, booking amounts until 14 days before arrival 50% refunded.

In case of early departure or late arrival, there will be no refund or credit for nights not used. All cancellations must be received in writing. 

Please notice, our houses are not party places. Extra guests are not allowed.
